Can Fitlify manage personal training and trainers?
Yes. Keep a trainer roster, sell PT and class packages, schedule one-on-one and group sessions, and Fitlify counts sessions used and left. Trainers get their own role with no access to billing or settings.
Where is Fitlify based, and which cities does it cover?
Fitlify is built in Nigeria by a team based in Lagos. Gyms anywhere in Nigeria can use it — Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and beyond — because it runs in the browser and on phones, and bills in naira.
Does Fitlify charge a fee on member payments?
Not on cash, transfer or card-terminal payments. Online payments aren't switched on yet; when they are, Fitlify will keep a 3% platform fee on each online payment on Growth and Enterprise, on top of Paystack's own fee. Starter has no online payments.
Can you move my existing member list?
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise. Send what you have — a spreadsheet, an export, even a register — and we'll help bring it across. On Enterprise we do the move for you.
Is my data separate from other gyms'?
Yes. Each gym's data sits in its own database, not in a shared table.
Can members check in without a smartphone?
Yes, at the front desk.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan to carry on: Starter if you have 100 active members or fewer, Growth above that.
Do you support more than one branch?
Yes, every branch on one account. Starter covers 1 branch. Growth includes 2, then ₦25,000 a month for each extra branch. Enterprise has unlimited branches.
