Starter is ₦55,000 a month (₦605,000 a year) for up to 100 active members*, with 1 staff account and 1 branch. It doesn't include online payments or add-ons, and there's no free trial; Growth and Enterprise come with a 14-day trial.
What counts as a member?
A member with an active membership at any point in the billing period. Frozen, expired and cancelled memberships, leads and guests don't count. They all stay in your records.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan to carry on: Starter if you have 100 active members* or fewer, Growth above that.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply at the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I pay for Fitlify?
In naira, by card or transfer, monthly or annually. Annual billing is priced at 11 months: 1 month free.
Does Fitlify charge a fee on member payments?
Not on cash, transfer or card-terminal payments. Online payments aren't switched on yet; when they are, Fitlify will keep a 3% platform fee on each online payment on Growth and Enterprise, on top of Paystack's own fee. Starter has no online payments.
Do you support more than one branch?
Yes, every branch on one account. Starter covers 1 branch. Growth includes 2, then ₦25,000 a month for each extra branch. Enterprise has unlimited branches.
Does Fitlify support recurring payments?
Not yet. Today Fitlify sends renewal reminders by email and SMS, and you record each payment against the member's invoice.
